Would you like a qualificatiication in Irish?
Have you been toying with the idea of learning Irish from scratch, broadening your understanding of the language, or even considered gaining an internationally recognised qualification in Irish? This Autumn at Conradh na Gaeilge we have a fresh batch of Irish classes to suit every level, a variety of new social events at Club Árus na nGael, and you have the opportunity to achieve/gain a Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge certificate accredited by NUI Maynooth.
Our teachers have several years' experience facilitating classes to enable learners to develop what they hear, read and speak in the language. You will be amazed at how quickly your confidence develops; understanding and speaking Irish in the relaxed environment of classes where the emphasis is on conversational Irish, and words and phrases that are in everyday use.
Learners are also invited to join us in the Árus na nGael club for a drink or a cuppa after classes, and partake in the variety/range of social activities we have on offer at the club. Would you like a qualification in Irish? The Teastas Eorpach na Gaeilge is a European standardized language qualification awarded by NUI Maynooth. Course content will be covered at the classes and this is a wonderful opportunity not only to develop your lrish language skills, but also gain an internationally recognised certificate. Make sure you book your Irish class in time as class numbers will be kept to strict maximum levels. Registration takes place on Monday, September 24th 2007 and classes commence on the 1st October 2007.

Relying on improvisation, tango fosters a real communication and contact between the dancers, creating a sublime non-verbal dialogue. Galway has not escaped from the Latin fever which has taken the world over in the past few years. Tango Sensation Galway now offers a range of weekly classes and practices as well as monthly master seminars, nights with dancing, live bands and performances by the professional Maestros in residence and their guests.
